2024 Ambassadors

ClubRacingUKs Ambassador Program follows 3 selected drivers/teams throughout the 2024 race season.

Our goal is to help the drivers/teams with a massive boost in social media exposure, along side our partnered companies, we help with products, services, support and information to push the ambassador's to a successful year of racing and growth in the club motorsport community.

This year the ambassadors will receive a track day to test their cars and meet the ClubRacingUK team and partners, they will also be entered into the Birkett relay race as part of Team ClubRacingUK.

Lives in Hampshire, self employed domestic and commercial electrician.

Racing since 2018, started in 750mc Locost championship and won the championship in my novice season. Stayed and enjoyed more wins for a couple more seasons, then during Covid built a 116 Trophy car.

Won the first race with the car at Silverstone which was pretty satisfying then shared the car for the rest of the year with a friend, enjoying a few more podiums.

Sold the 116 and bought a project e46 330i to go a little faster.

Last year won BMWCCR class M2, moving to 750mc Roadsports for 2024 in class b , a little off the max power to weight but hoping to be competitive in class!

MIKE GOOD

My name is Mike. I race a Vauxhall corsa B in the castle combe saloons 1.4 with 205bhp

I won the 2023 championship over all

I’ve won the class 4 times as well over the years.

Been racing since 2015

Before that I volunteered as a Marshall for a few years before getting the bug.

I’m planning on racing combe again this year and also jumping on with track attack club to visit more tracks this year.

My car is under going some new tweaks and a change of colour for this year as I’m sure some of you have seen on my social media.

From the age of 13 I’ve always been into motorsport starting off doing off road trialling in a Landrover, did that until 2015 when I hit the track instead.

I’m a full time mechanic by trade but try and race as much as I can and this year I want to focus on my racing and get behind the wheel as much as possible.

Over the years of racing I started off in a VW lupo, followed by a Peugeot 106 then onto my corsa b that’s been many colours over the years.

Also had the privilege to drive a fiat punto and a ford fiesta.

This season will see me out in a borrowed MG ZR that I’m racing with a good friend of mine who asked me to join him on a joint race together.

After a rocky start to my Ma7da career in 2022 and missing out on most of the 2023 season, I am looking to mount my first attack at the championship in 2024 with Team Sellers Racing. Furthermore, I am looking to expand my racing portfolio with a venture into endurance racing in Citroen 2CV’s and expanding my virtual racing career; having already participated in the Virtual 24hr Britcar Endurance in early December.

I would describe myself as having a very outgoing and forward personality and always willing to chat to new people. Over the past few seasons I have also been trying to grow my media outlets through the use of personalised graphics and designs. Looking forward to get going with the Clubracing UK ambassador programme and try and promote some of the closest and most exciting racing within the UK.
